Prior to starting Staylor-Made Communications, Jim Staylor worked in restaurants for over 10 years – as dishwasher, cook, busboy, waiter, assistant manager and trainer; He helped open a resort hotel as director of guest relations and entertainment; Staylor facilitated guest relations and other training at hotels around the country; and, He owned and managed a touring theatrical troupe.
