Jim Staylor - Executive Producer
As president, Jim Staylor sets the standard for high quality, fun and professionalism at Staylor-Made Communications. After working with many talented producers and directors for eight years at other video and multimedia companies, he founded SMC in 1992. Jim has managed or collaborated in over 5,000 hours of:

Staylor is a nationally-recognized, award-winning producer who regularly presents seminars and publishes articles, etc. about how to suceed with video and multimedia.
Jim's background includes instructional design, training, public relations and entertainment. He earned a masters in communications (Radio/TV/Film) and attended graduate courses in instructional design. He values ongoing education and has completed coursework at USC Film School, UCLA, American Film Institute and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Dennis McNabb - Creative Director
Based in Portland, Oregon, Dennis McNabb directs operations of the company in the Pacific Northwest. An Award-winning Writer, Director, and Producer, McNabb has proven skills in taking a project through every stage of production, from conception to completion, from broadcast to viral video.
Dennis began his career working in the non-profit sector, then adding corporate clients, entertainment companies, government agencies, educational institutions, and retail to his reel.
McNabb and Staylor have collaborated on many projects, for which they have won several awards.
Dennis has extensive experience writing sizzling copy and directing images that burst from the screen. This creative structure is always built upon a sound foundation of marketing savvy, brand imaging, and adult learning instructional design experience.
Dennis also has many years of experience in training video production, having been an instructor for Grossmont Community College, and on grants for the US Department of Education, San Diego County Office of Education, and California Arts Council.
